Christians Are the Only Good People in the World

This gets scarier every day! According to a post I found on thechristianalert.org;
Christians take great pride in always being the first ones to provide moral, professional services, and monetary support to areas in distress. For example, we have WorldVision and Compassion International.
I’m curious to find out what are the Muslim alternatives to these.
