Icon Billie Jean King Supports Obama

According to a post on gaynews.outinnashville.com;
Tennis legend and icon of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community Billie Jean King released a statement endorsing Senator Barack Obama for president in the 2008 election.
At the same time, King cleared up some confusion in the wake of an article in the New York Observer. That article included a statement from King about GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.
