Right Wing Nuts Bust Over Hate Crimes Bill

Oh those silly Republicans.  They simply just don’t get it.  They are so homophobic (afraid of homosexuals) they can’t even talk “straight”.   When will they understand that hate crimes legislation is NOT about taking away rights, but about protecting an otherwise unprotected group of citizens?

My favorite part of the video below is where Michele Bachmann says;

“Someone might hold some very hateful beliefs, but we’re America, shouldn’t they be allowed to hold those beliefs?”

Let me set the facts “straight” for you Michele.  With hate crimes legislation, people can still hate me for being gay, male, blue eyed, short haired, thin, or whatever else they want to hate me for, but if they physically attack me because of their hateful beliefs, then the punishment will be mandated.

Until they see the light, the lies continue…
