MJ’s Mom Granted Custody of Kids

According to reports, a Los Angeles Superior Court has granted temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three surviving children to his Mother, Katherine Jackson, but refused her request to serve as the temporary guardian of the children’s estate.
Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, has has joined in a petition to name his wife as the keeper of Michael’s estate.
