Patterson: Gay Marriage in NY Likely Soon!

New York’s Governor, David Paterson has stated he expects he will be able to sign a same-sex marriage bill into law in the coming weeks.

Paterson said the state Senate is likely to give the measure final legislative approval in the coming weeks and then he will sign it into law. When that happens, New York will become the seventh state to legalize same-sex marriage.

Paterson announced his sentiments at the Empire State Pride Agenda fall dinner in Manhattan on Thursday.

    Finally! Now we must repeal 30 state amendments to their Constitutions OR GET FEDERAL PROTECTIONS NOW!!!
