Schaeffer: Religious Right is American Equivalent of the “Taliban”

Yup, that’s right, Frank Schaeffer, formerly with the religious right, equates the American religious right with the Taliban, and I have to say I agree. According to Schaeffer, “This is serious stuff”, and it is.  The religious right is literally calling for the death of President Obama.  Certainly very “Christ like”.  I’m sick to my stomach about this, and if Jesus has time to get off his dinosaur, I’m sure he’s rolling over in his grave.

SICK, SICK, SICK!  This is the incitement of violence, and it’s also treason.  It’s a plot to kill the American President, but a very deranged group of un-American, American citizens.

This has to stop!  This has to stop now and this is my warning to the Becks, O’Reillys, Hannitys, and Limbaughs and all other right wing nut jobs in this country who are nothing more than a mere embarrassment, a pimple on the ass of America, don’t ever let yourself been seen crossing a street in front of my car…I’ve been having trouble with my brakes, but I’m not having trouble with reverse!  (Oooh, how does that feel?  Is that a threat?  NO. Don’t take it seriously, I wouldn’t risk the damage to my auto as it means more to me than you ever will…I’ll just say the same little “prayer” for you.)
