Arkansas Gay & Lesbian Parenting Ban Falls Short

The Arkansas News Bureau has reported that supporters of a proposal banning unmarried couples living together (which is obviously targeted and lesbians and gays) from adopting or fostering children in Arkansas has fallen about 4,000 signatures short of being placed on the November ballot.
Even though they have fallen short, it looks like the Razorback state has granted the anti-gay hate group, who identifies themselves as the Family Council Action Committee, a 30-day extension to gain the signatures.
Now that’s a reason to want to live in Arkansas!
