The accused, Fabio Brandao, 28, was charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

The Boston Police allege Brandao, along with three other men attacked the victims around 2:45 a.m. Witness say the attackers were shouting homosexual slurs.

Yesterday, that 28-year-old Framingham man was ordered to stay out of the South End by Boston Municipal Court Judge Eleanor Sinnott.  Judge Sinnot also gave Mr. Brandao a 10:00 p.m. curfew while he is free on $10,000 bail, and awaiting an Oct. 10 pretrial conference.
